Just fyi, I've followed FPFI since inception so you are preaching to the choir. I have no problem with Joe, he makes money by lending money that has been toxic to shareholders in every instance that I know of. That doesn't make him a bad person, he is a "venture capitalist" in your own words. He benefits from the "venture" more than the business I can guess.
The 15% if interest is one thing, but a 15% discount is another. Let's say I lend x amount at $100 per share, then I get 1/10 of the shares needed to cover me at $85. When the price bleeds to below $85, my next shares will be $72.25 and it will take more shares to cover that amount so it slides faster, and faster.
I hope everyone makes a ton of money here and can look back on this post in a year and say, wow, he was wrong. Like I've always said, don't walk around in a room full of pick pockets and then get mad when your wallet gets stolen.
