What you are saying is completely untrue and also the opposite of something you have said before.
If you never cooperated with me, which is in fact the case, you cannot also claim that I was an incompetent CEO as you did not allow me to really do anything.
That I was not the CEO is an outright lie as my name was the one in the files of the SOS for two month and you know that.
I was duly elected by the stockholders and it was not my doing to begin with. It only came about because you abandoned the company by not paying the fees to the SOS, not dealing with the IRS which went hunting for you, not filing annual tax returns as required by law, not responding to investor inquiries. All you had to do to avoid what happened was to answer a few e-mails and letters and you would have gotten help. Instead you chose to ignore everybody. The very same people who placed me in charge would have backed you even with funds but you refused to even communicate with them.
I was legally the CEO and you know I have all the prove of that. MF turned what records he had but you were the one who refused to follow the requirements of the law. In fact you were such a lazy bum it took you more than six months to even turn the records over to Hodge, your chosen successor, whom you had no right to put in charge. And saying that I am not even a stockholder is totally dumb. You have no way of knowing that one way or the other. So why even say something so clearly stupid.
Former CEO Gershuny is one of the most pathological people I have ever encountered in my life. Just right down evil without a graim of decency in him.
