Kevetrin's safety will allow more options for dosing. It will be interesting to review the protocols after they are developed. Hopefully Kevetrin will prove synergistic with other agents. Kevetrin's activation of P53 has been proposed to make other agents, chemotherapy and radiation, more effective.

The University of Bolonga trial compares Kevtrin alone against Kevetrin and Cytarabine.

How cool would it be if Kevetrin alone was effective. Imagine AML patients being treated without chemo.
