Seems to me it's working out just fine.

Those 250 million shares they printed a few months ago sold for something like $3-4 million.

That's a whole lot of money for not really doing anything, and there's really no limit as to how many shares they can print. What difference does the share price make, if the number of them is infinite.

As long as the feds don't bust the door down, the plan seems to be working perfectly.
