They will get advanced funding through A+ ASAP.

Actually, Reg A is a huge pain. Forms 1-A and the accompanying prospectus are pretty complicated. And they need to be deemed effective by the SEC. The only advantage--for the buyers, and therefore perhaps for the company--is that the stock sold in a Reg A placement is free trading upon issuance.
