Management attitudes notwithstanding, their shares are losing value and there IMO is a pump coming. No decisions on R/S or stock offering likely until the AGM in July. Extreme oversold condition RSI < 20 on the daily and odd 150k share buy AH that dwarfed the entire ADV. Lotto play? Sure. Don't put all your savings into it. But someone indeed is loading/covering in antipication of something. I like the R/R here.
