You are completely missing my point. I don't care whether people have invested their money foolishly or not. They've made their choice.

I do care that a con-man runs around violating State and Federal laws involving the environment and worker safety. I don't like people messing up the State I live in. And, it gives the mining industry a black eye to have punks like Joel out there pretending to be a miner.
