I agree with you on this.

What grates on me in this case is the lack of honesty and transparency from enanta cfo. He is fudging the facts and I don't like his legal subterfuge. So far the actions of the ceo and cso bespoke of a higher level of integrity (as long as they don't pull the same stunt as the cfo).

I thought I have seen the same type of trick from JayZee the ex Amarin CEO and I am leery of this kind of legal roundabout.
