Willlbone. A financial expert am I not. But, why do you say PPS should drop below $2.50 ?
The warrants are exercisable at $7.73 and $7.09. Net proceeds to CNIT will be $12.7 mill - not just a drop in the bucket.
Kindly explain your thinking to the unwashed like me please.
Is dilution a factor in the equation ?
