yep.the balance sheet looks great now,10-12m cap company just closed a $2 million registered direct offering with a fundamental institutional investor and a further $2.5 million in the first quarter of 2015,and under certain market conditions, will have an additional $7.0 million in capital.

it's like TEVA (51B market cap) gettin almost 50B in funding..TPIV 's market cap is only 12m,almost zero debt. the balance sheet more Healthy than TEVA and most of other biotech companies.
