I have never said that I talked to the auditor. What I know and have posted is that Treaty Energy is not giving the SEC investigators, despite a subpoena, the books and delinquent financial quarterly reports so why would they give them to the auditor??.. The way I understand the process is the independent auditors don't right them, Treaty/Treaty's auditor, whoever that is would and the auditors would check for errors and deficiency's and if found, Treaty would need to correct them and send them back. The independent auditor signs off on them when they feel they are true, correct and complete.
