What's hilarious is Treaty was subpoenaed and still refused to hand over the documents such as the books that Treaty needs to give the new auditors... If Treaty refuses to give the SEC the books when subpoenaed then what in the world would make folks think they would give them to the auditors who would have no issues giving them to the SEC????
