Biotech history, very clearly shows that any significant major institutional acquisition just does not happen with Phase 1 results, but often does starting at the point of confirming safety and efficacy data emerging during Phase 11 clinicals.
It's anyone's guess what's going on with the minimal institutional acquisition going on at this stage, but it leaves me totally unimpressed as I am of the feeling that this is something of a 'manufactured' event by Board member friends as Ocata's fundamentals clearly put fund managers in their fiduciary and pure employment roles in potential jeopardy, it seems to me.
This dynamic will become clearer with time, but fund managers don't put up a few million on Phase 1 results.
