Question, please.

Besides the event of a lack of funding news, whatever form it might possibly take, by the end of 2Q, some posters have suggested other factors could eventually come into play that could eventually and clearly negatively effect the share price, as it relates to a form of eventual funding that dramatically alters the float of shares or the placement of shares at a greatly reduced price, specially given the recent failure of the secondary?

Inherent in these thoughts, are that there clearly exists the possib ility going forward of events that could have a significant effect on the share price overnight and to assume, 6.00+ is a base share price, could easily be a false assumption?
For example, what if Ocata was able to negotiate a 100 million share sale or partnership at say 3.00? This could easily be viewed as doable and far from an outrageous scenario. Other biotechs in a similar position to Ocata history shows could easily be selling for pennies now.

Any thoughts/reactions to share? Thank you.
