TMMI will do great things And this lawsuit is a side bar to their real plans!
after reading through the counterclaim that jay provided, dimension inc and panik, acknowledge that 1.0-1.4 is tmmi's and they are updating that codec. The question is all about the codec that dfi purchased and was moved to Dfmi and then dimension inc. (read pages 40-43)
The funny thing is that the defendants use words like "promises" and "we exchanged our profitable dfi stock for Dfmi stock, and we would never have done that if we didn't think the codec belonged to Dfmi"
Unfortantely for the defendants nowhere is there a legal merger, to move all those assets. I'm not a lawyer and it seems like to me this is pretty clear cut, in business it's not trust my handshake it's sign the paper, get the deal done.
This case for TMMI doesn't seem to effect their texhnogy and a quote around paragraph 197 give or take, even shows the defendants acknowledging that fact, but if TMMI does win this case, dimension inc is no longer in business. It's that clear cut.
Also it does appear that stock was correct and that dimension inc cannot pursue or use their parents due to this case and that no one will engage in talks with them until it concludes as noted by a substantial part of their counter suit.
Either way how the proceedings turn out this week TMMI and trudef move forward with rtn , video bank, gipetto and whoever else ted is bringing with him.
And the idea of a judgment for damages against TMMI is preposterous seeing how convoluted the past is. So that idea can be dropped because anyone can see the smoke and mirrors that surrounded this company and to say that this was malicious on their parts for any means is absurd.
