VMGI...Go back and read the up-beat April blogs. Along with opening offices in the best locations for getting projects off the ground, 2 months ago attornies were ready for thumbs up on the deal. They had their 'thumbs up' since...but not up in the air. April 20th pr, 'assests have been tendered' to who, for what, why and how much...it you can state it WAS done, you CAN say more.
Priorities keep changing from Rusher to Ject and back. Is anyone really focused on anyhting other more talks and new office locations.....while we pay the rent and air fares? Try to explain to a wise investor friend of what you are invested in with VMGI. Try to explain the facts we have, the SS. Then try to answer his questions about fins, and partners and date and buy backs and 'assets tendered'. You will lose his respect forever after all the 'we don't know yet...but next week....'lol
