IENT is a public company and has a duty and obligation to inform its shareholders of the financial condition of the company. JW appears to have the funds to pay Red Apple to develop the bowhuntergame, and he is has been spending funds in upgrading the military games. Accounting costs are normal operating costs of all companies.

Shareholders have a right to know where those funds are coming form.
