Need to present a balanced picture of what it had then and what it has now. Elite didn't have 995,000,000 then, it didn't have $108,000,000 accumulated deficit, didn't have 681,000,000 I'm the O/S, didn't have many more shares waiting in the wings to go into the dilution pool, perhaps no one envisioned that even more shares could be added with something like LPC Good Deal III. Yes it has revenues with a negative connotation of being bread crumbs tagged to it by non other than the CEO himself, and didn't have a CEO that hypes, misleads, and deceived. Few investment companies buy good will or intrinsic value from OTC companies and that seems to be the case for Elite.. Hyping Elite to the clouds only to see none of little of it come true diminishes rather than improves the stock.
