Agree the CA isn't material per se but ending that nonsense can't hurt..won't help, but can't hurt. The other suit is, IMHO, 100% about restoring reputation rather than financial. The time value of the botch/sabotage/etc causing us to 'start over' is immeasurable really and some figure in 'settlement' is irrelevant and won't cover that. Time is relevant and losing it was very costly, ending that thing with us prevailing (which will help restore some 'face') is needed but quickly. Sunrise, which I believe is as sure as 'the real one' will tell the world what we have and begin a new day for us investors and cancer patients alike. I just don't see the Avid expansion, timing and all, be for any other reason than to support commercialization of our world changing molecule. I'm mentally 'back' after doubting and losing some nerve...I think we are backing a winner. Also...thanks to all who have served or do serve to give us the ability to sit here pontificating about a cancer drug in safety and freedom.
