$SMCE Kurt Heidolph (VERY IMPORTANT) in connection to INgrooves which bought out Fontana.

Kurt Heidolph the Vice President of operations seems to he a key figure to having on board as he was a major player in the buyout of Fontana by INgrooves a few years back. He was able to increase the financial productivity of Fontana by 150%.

Seems to me SMC has brought him on board to restructure their business to fit the same model for buyout as well. If he's done it once successfully I see no reason why that wouldn't be your goal the second time around.
