I don't know if anyone can answer that question.

Oil price is insane meaning that it hard to predict when it goes up nor down.

There's no guaranteed that it will go through, only time will tell

For this penny stock it is doing OK.

Other stocks that have much high price and list in NYSE are struggling too.
