I take the integrity and veracity of mgt very seriously and the actions of the cfo make me think he must be taking me for a chump.
I checked every filing of his and every single one claims it is for tax payments. Just flat don't compute for me.

I used to think of the few sellings by Jay and the cso (but not the cfo) as signs that mgt is willing to bear the forward risk along with me, a petty retailer.

Nowadays, it is my opinion that the real reason why there has not been more insider sells is because they are stuck. Mgt and VCs can tell as good as I can that enanta is no fav of mr mkt and any sign of big holders bailing will do seriously damage to the pps.

Talk is always cheap. Action is what counts in my book.
