why a new board, all needed is Moran putting out some real information which result into immediate revenue and not just wishful thinking, that would do the trick.

leaving shareholders hanging around for such a long time without fins and publishing one date after the other without being able to meet it isn't acceptable and leads to the discussion environment we have right now: bashers and pushers just talking without any real substance!
