So Treaty's lies are confidential... LOL! The truth is not. And the truth is BF Borgers is a "independent auditor" that must be free of Treaty's influence... All BF Borges said was that Treaty did engage them to audit the 2013 financials Like Treaty PR'd and 8-K'd and that they have yet to receive those financial reports and cannot proceed with the audit of those reports until they do... There is nothing wrong with that and nothing confidential. All already know Treaty has no intention of following through with true correct and complete SEC financial filings.

No way Treaty will file delinquent filings. If they are refusing to supply the very documentation to SEC investigators in the SEC securities fraud case, then why the heck would they file delinquent filings??? Treaty won't, and that has been the reason all along that they haven't filed them... The filings would incriminate the lot of them including Tesarski. Treaty has known since late 2013 that the SEC was investigating them for securities fraud, that's when Treaty stopped filing.

No documents from Treaty... The SEC has a mountain of evidence.
