GFTI spin off shares aka "Super Dividend" Hispanica International Delight (OTC HISP) entitled to the GFTI shareholders that were never issued.

"I have been following up with Giordano on this. In August he said the ex dividend date would be announced in September. September passed.

I contacted him at the beginning of this month to follow up. Giordano said sometime around the new year we would receive word about free HISP shares. The reason for delay was he was too busy getting GFTI ready."

Valid concern and Chris. G. should be held accountable for what he says. Call him up and demand an answer.

Would it be nice to see the dividend paid out? Sure.
Would it be nice to have share price be at or above the pre-reverse amount? Sure.

Fact is, the company is still working things out and no amount of bitching is going to make things happen any faster.

I understand that there is the expectation of some to be kept informed. Keep in mind, however, that we are operating in the pinkies and lack of info is part of why OTC companies have earned themselves the moniker "stinkies"...

The Belen thing obviously fell through. Shit happens.

Lets see how Texas plays out.

I suggest we give Mr. Giordano and Co. time to get things settled and announced. We've waited this long....what's a little more time?
