Of course the slimy one won't publicly say he owns the plant and equipment ... least of all in writing. But, that is the word he is putting out ... and several people know this to be a fact.

So, if it isn't true, why not have him issue a simple statement on Farcebook affirming, in no uncertain terms, that the common share holders own the property, the mineral rights, the plant, the buildings and ALL of the equipment?

he will not do it!! And we all know why!!
