Am I? That's quite an assumption.

If it is "the middle of the book" does that mean they will continue to dilute shareholders for 15 more years?

Plain and simple, the new CEO has not only been over-promise and under-deliver, he has been over-promise and deliver almost nothing.

Being "wrong" has been extremely profitable.
