The answer is simple - you were never an officer of the company, not even a shareholder, and turning ANYTHING over to you would have been a violation of fiduciary responsibility. Every person on your list was voted into office by a properly constituted board of directors and adhered to the company's bylaws, while everything you did was illegal and unauthorized, although I'll admit that you had the tacit support of a minority of shareholders. How small a minority we will never know, since no vote nor proxy offer was ever held or made. We do know that a majority of shareholders never assented to the takeover, or appointment, or whatever you call it. Most never even knew about it - another violation of the bylaws.
Yet you come here and attack the company you failed to seize with great energy. If Gonzalo Leon had brought as great an energy to help the company as you spend to post your diatribes and "warnings" here, he might just have accomplished something other than destruction. But that was never his aim. Luckily he was just as incompetent at accomplishing the destruction he so craved as he was at running anything bigger than a one man travelling bookkeeping business.
You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich.
You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong.
You cannot bring on prosperity by discouraging thrift.
You cannot lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down.
