made the stock price drop. Yet when I read the SEC filings I have never seen that included in the "risk factors". I do however see in the "risk factors" that lenders converting and selling shares into the market can have an adverse effect on the stock price. I also read that last summer notes were converted during the period in question.

Several months later, and after the so-called unsophisticated poster stopped posting, the stock price is more than 60% lower.

Go figure.....
