So, you understand if Dimension wins their motion and the trial starts on schedule in September on the Statute of Limitations, tmm is toast! They have ZERO chance to win that issue and will have all their bogus claims tossed out.

But also as you point out, that would likely end this nightmare for tmm and both companies would go their separate ways. Oddly enough, they are not jumping all over that opportunity and apparently prefer to lose everything instead.
