For the last and final time, there IS NO DOCUMENT showing any merger between DFI/DFMI ever took place.....

The judge never said no such thing to TMMI!!.

Securities Fraud was directed towards Tom Simpson and only Tom Simpson AND NOT TMMI!!.

This person has openly admitted that this wasn't even their industry that they follow, when asked why they didn't come see VideoBank using the Trudef at NAB 2015....

What does that tell you?.

Ever single hearsay has been MOTION DENIED throughout this case!!.
