Does anyone have an opinion on the delayed ASM? Any chance Denner attempts to gain additional shares? It appears last time Sarissa requested more they were denied and it was made public a couple of days later. Would the board need to vote to change this and make this change public prior to Sarissa being able to acquire more shares...or...could Sarissa simply try again and perhaps be granted the exemption and then Ariad would need to disclose publicly?
