Let us assume 30 investors decide to hold 1 million shares. The float is 51 million, so now the market makers have just 21 million shares to work with. Now let us assume a juicy PR comes out which sends in more buyers, so the shares available to buy/sell decrease even more.

From a supply/demand perspective, I think it is very safe to say it will not take very much demand to send this stock higher.

A good example would be if there was only 51 gallons of gasoline available for sale in the United States. If that was the case the price would skyrocket. Same applies here.
