There was nothing confidential spilled as Treaty themselves (a publicly traded company) said BF Borgers ( an independent auditor) would be doing an audit for them... BF Borgers simply confirmed that, and that it hasn't started yet because they haven't gotten the docs that they are to audit.
I'm not surprised by both BF Borgers actions and Treaty lack of action... It also seems Treaty did NOT follow though with the requirements of the 14c as well as. It would have cost them 2-3 thousand bucks to do so...
