I willfully assumed the high risk of a penny stock knowing if the business plan fails then Im out my money, but its totally another thing when the CEO flat out lies about what he's going to due with funds from an asset sale (Payoff toxic debt) instead was just scamming people out of their money knowing he was never going to do what he was promising! Its a legal crime he should be in jail for at best but SEC just keeps letting him run this scam of a company.
