The article says it all. Just that basically shareholders were duped into thinking the Iberia scam was going to really add a lot more value and resources to the Company. That never happened because in reality Fifer never did anything in Spain and of course when the time ran out to do something shareholders, again, were never informed.

There's no doubt in my mind it was all a set-up.
