Warning to all investors who come here as part of their DD on ESFS. This company is a scam.

For those of you who thinking that scams are only companies that do not do any business, Remember Enron and WorldCom. They were really large corporation and it took the government many years to get around to them. This penny stock will probably never see the axe fall on it due to government intervention. They have too many much bigger fish to fry.

Well run scam actually do have a business and make believe they really take it seriously because they understand that is a part of the plot by which they fool investors to come in.

But you can always tell a scam because the information it releases into the market is not transparent if not outright false,
As for this company, you can tell that such is the case because of the hundreds of times over the years when PRs later on turned out to have been incredibly optimistic about the future or later being exposed as having provided false information bout what was transpiring.

For example, the lack of release of detail information about current contracts. So, who is this outfit that is buying all this product? And why would a poster here have access to information about a particular location he claims to have visited but the same information is not readily available. If you know the name of this big outfit why not release it? Oh, because the contract specifies that it will be kept secret? But why does this one fellow know and not everybody else?

And so somebody else says they saw the installation at one Whole Foods. Well, Whole Foods apparently doesn't mind the information being released. So, why a sales to Whole Foods was not disclosed? Well, I suspect this was one of those real old sales, not a current one. And we know that at one time Whole Foods bought the equipment. If it was so great, why isn't it being placed in all the stores or at least most? Really, I think Whole Foods experimented and the stopped, decided that the equipment was not up to par. After all, whole Foods opens dozens of new stores every year and refurbishes others. You would think we would be selling fifty to one-hundred units to that company every year if what we had was of any meaningful upgrade. Well, as it is, it is not even an upgrade. It is just another product being pumped by the same routines of salesmanship.

So, you who come here thinking that you are buying into a company with a big future, look at the financials, not the PRs. If they lie about the actual numbers, they will be opening themselves to a clear problem with the law. If they beat around the bush with PRs, you know they are trying to con you.
