ICBS, and Subsidies Justified, and perspective!! Garths putting ICBS / Canwealth back on the right tract $$ IMO.

Nothing has happened to the other countries. The brewery NEB was created in the hopes of reviving RVB Breweries after the court case we have in NY against our former lawyer, who while representing us against the landlord who illegally sold the assets which were the property of ICBS, failed to show up for the trial. We lost on default, so we sued the lawyer which is now in court for 1.5 million.

We own the assets of Joy Potions which is over a 100 formulas for skin care products. We have not as yet found a partner who can take this into the market with us.

Identascan. We lost our academic partner who decided to return to the university instead of pursuing the development of the company.

Biospec Global is on track. We have finished the home version and have packaged samples ready to go. However the TOGS 9000 is in development.

What happened here is that us wanting to take this into the market place our tech guys found a problem with the 9000 that is going to need to be overhauled and upgraded on the technical side.
We have been meeting with different companies over the last year, but still have to find one we are confident can solve our problems.

Canadian Bio Med never got off the ground with our partners in California. We could not find the 4.5 million required.
