Who makes the decision to allow debt with shares? Does that require a vote? I don't understand why take stock??
Sure is different action all at once..
are not all the ones on the board also? hope it all comes out in the wash, and accountability
comes forth soon.

Where some got the idea that this CEO was some sort of genius (besides for himself)and successful businessman, have no clue..

What DD was relied on to draw that sort of conclusion? Surely not tech bubble bankrupt Smartalk??
Just a list of BS PR'rs for only a couple years should of told all..
