Yes, the IOC was sooo interested that, for no money, ERHE offered them first right????? That makes a lot of sense.

ERHE offered them the first right for no money to induce some interest where no interest existed.And ,after six months, the IOC demonstrated no interest. ERHE, though knowing of the lack of interest, states talks are ongoing...to instill confidence,as usual.

It stimulated a PR and a little confidence in the ERHE story, which has ,thus far, invariably disappointed.
