Why doesn't Lorsch release the liens on the patents??

I'll bet MMRF could get financing if it pledged it's assets to back the note. Right now, Lorsch has security rights to the assets to back his note. The secured note that has paid him $140,000 per year in interest. (10% on $1.4 million)

If MMRF doesn't pay Lorsch, Lorsch gets the assets/patents. Like a mortgage. In a bankruptcy, the secured noteholder, Lorsch, is the priority creditor. He gets paid or takes the patents before anyone else. Like a mortgage. You file bankruptcy, your mortgageholder gets the house before anyone else gets paid.

No lender will want any part of a situation where it is in Lorsch's best interest to not pay a note--that's exactly what MMRF and Lorsch are doing to Gemini right now If Gemini wins in court, Lorsch gets the patents.

Get it?

#1). You have money. Other people want it. All of it!
#2). You want easy money. So does everybody else. They'll get it, too....yours! (and all of it!)
#3). You tell yourself you're smart. You won't lose your money. Fact: Other people are smarter,
