LEXG - gt4 - No you and your "penny pincher" friends most likely will need to wait until at least end of July for delisting... for those of you that don't know there are boards on iHub that talk about how to profit off of penny stocks that are approaching delisting or bankruptcy or both... gt4 plays on this board a lot... if and only if... LEXG and its partner SonCav do not deliver results related to the Ultrasonic Cavitation Technology Devices for water and hydrocarbon in the next 45 to 60 days... actually it is most likely that LEXG's balance sheet will be cleared of toxic convertible debt by end of June... based on analysis of the most recent balance sheet liabilities... subsequent events disclosures related to sale of TERO asset... and proceeds from dilution stock issuance between April 1st and May 18th...
