The agreement was signed last year, so Phase 1 is over in three years not four. And that doesn't mean that things can't move faster. As Arnim has pointed out, the same Phased Schedule in other blocks has not stopped them from moving forward.

ERHC does have the potential of the JDZ and more when we look at the EEZ. Comparing ERHC's assets to Kenya and Chad only leaves out the EEZ.

Who said there was a dependency on a single well? That's only true if farm ins don't happen in Chad or the EEZ with cash attached.

That still remains to be seen.
