Our discussions on what shares are part of the float, or may (should be) removed from the float are just a exercise in futility as it means nothing unless, and/or until RCCH management steps up and takes action. We are kidding ourselves if we think anything we find, anywhere, can have any effect for us. Where is our management team? Why have they remained silent for so long?
