Isn't the denied "Trade Libel" the big one?

Again, not a lawyer, but if only two of the five Causes of Action were allowed to continue, and if Trade Libel was one of the ones denied and was the one that was supposed to show harm to MJNA's business, then wouldn't that mean that MJNA hasn't shown financial harm?

And wouldn't that limit any award to a small amount?

I see a small settlement coming, and perhaps an apology from Cantu and Project CBD.
