Under terms of the MOU, ERHC agreed to grant first right of refusal to the IOC for a farm-out of EEZ Block 11 for a period of six months. That period has expired.

When did it expire ? A month or 2 months ago ? The MOU was announced Dec.16 so why did Ntephe wait at least a month or 2 before announcing it ?? Or was the MOU just a ploy to pave the way for more debt to keep the cheques coming ?

Never transparent and always suspicious ! Thus the triple zero SP ! But Mr. PhD hardly seems capable of understanding !
