Well they are upside down currently. If you back that out and hope for 2.5 times sales minimal:

$18.6 million times 2.5 divided by 250 million(rounded up outstanding..including due)= .186

But the balance sheet adds weight....so I think that would be a high number. Still..most product companies get a minimal of 2.5 times sales..up to maybe 6.

In the short though....the liquidation comes into play so they could just take that minimal and walk away. That's the risk.
