MMRF reports their lawyers cost them $3.5 million per year

They owe judgements to Allscripts and WebMD which they are appealing, but their lawyers quit.

They have a patent invalidation case at USPTO whose preliminary ruling was the patents are "unpatentable"

Their lender has sued them for $250,000

and they have zero cash an minimal sales

They can't get financing because they are in default to their current lenders and the CEO owns a lien on all of the assets, closing the door to a secured note

MMRF can only sell stock in the open market to raise funds until the SEC figures out what they are doing.

that's why suddenly all debt to insiders are becoming shares of freetrading stock. it's the only way these insiders will see a cent for that debt
