Couch- Nice post. ANd it is for all those reasons that the value of ELTP will go up dramatically in a bidding war between all those big pharmas. WIth ELTP they have an instant and the best solution at their disposal. NH was certainly insulted with the initial low ball offers and proceeded to go it alone. As soon as the first ADT goes on the market the whole ballgame changes. In fact, I think once the FDA gives the go ahead the bidding war will start. I think this is what big pharma is afraid of-a bidding war but whoever comes out on top will have total control of the pain industry. I think the bidding will go well beyond even our best guesses as to the share price. With lawsuits building, Congress on the FDA, and finally NH speaking out big pharma is being forced into a bidding war. NH has not spoken out for fear of alienating the FDA which acts in curious and not well understood notions of logic. If the press really gets a hold of ELTP studies and information through lobbyists on the Hill this will bring undue pressure on the FDA and further expose them for what they are- bribeable idiots. So NH is just playing the game and I am sure if the press gets a hold of this and the FDA calls and says "Did you do it" NHs response will be no-I did not call the press. FDA revenge is bad news. Time is on our side. Everything is on our side at this point. Just need patience. Buy,hold, accumulate and pretty soon MMs will just be selling each other naked shares and losing money and control of ELTP. MMs have done a good job of disguising the true value of ELTP. Anybody who looks up ELTP sees things have been flat for months and their first impression is that there is nothing to ELTP.They are stupid because they do not look beyond the SP(judging a book by its cover)- remember the SP means nothing and is an artifical meaningless number. ELTP will come out of no where to take over the pain industry.
