You're absolutely right Techie, the understanding for the Reverse Stock Split was to reduce the O/S and bring the valuation for the PPS up to make it attractive to new investors and continue to see the PPS grow from that, point onwards with the inclusion of the promised funding for production to get underway!
This Stock... given that, Frankie and Boobie would have lived up to their promises for this company should be trading $0.16 +++ territory by now!
Instead, these clowns are only interested in lining their own pockets at the expense of those who invested and could careless if, we ever recover any of our money!
It seems much easier for them to take our money and run, then to grow this business and have everybody invested share in the wealth and success!
